      Losing Lucidity

No reply when I posted this in Dream Control and can't edit, move, or delete the other thread so just gonna post this in Attaining Lucidity..

So lately, waking up hasn't been the problem. I keep getting distracted and losing lucidity while the dream continues on. This has been more of a recent issue than anything but is getting annoying. Any advice?

I would suggest making a point to remind yourself in dream that you are dreaming. This is LaBerge's suggestion in EWOLD. Otherwise, regular meditation would probably be helpful to you. I have in the past taken "dream walks," and pretended the entire time that I was dreaming. I used it as an opportunity to practice remaining aware. Any day work aimed at maintaining longer stretches of awareness would also be helpful (washing dishes in awareness, etc.)
