Most vitamin supplements or multivitamins take about 4 hours to be fully digested. I'm no bio or ochem major, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I'd recommend taking them at lunch while eating your normal food. That's what I did for a while for medical reasons and I did see a small improvement in my dream recall(although it may have been just placebo). If anyone with actual medical knowledge could step in that'd be great. |
