I use binaural / Isochronic beats everyday to help with meditation and also enhance dreams. I would recommend you do WBTB and listen to them for 30 - 1 hour then sleep straight after, but thats just me. Though they wont directly help you achieve a lucid dream just the state you need.
But to make the most of the isochronic beats you could play them on a loop through your computer speakers through the whole night.

There are people who know more about this than I so maybe someone has something else to mention.

Yes, mainly for meditation but if you are going to leave them looping all night, then fall asleep with it. With the WBTB, I do that mainly for dream enhancement.
(sleep for 4- 6 hours, wake up, do reality checks/visit dream views ect, listen to the isochronic beats, sleep )

You could alternatively just wake up and listen to the beats without the reality checking and all that though once you're up its recommended

PS. If you're wondering, you do NOT need headphones for isochronic beats, unless you are listening to them through your ipod, then I would say use headphones. Also if you find it distracting you could try binaural beats which sound more calming though help to a lesser extent.

yeah i listen to theses brain wave entertainment products for atlest a hour they, seem to put me in the right frame of mind for lucid dreaming. My theory is if you listen to them in the morning say for 30mins after waking up and then manage to go back to sleep your in gd position for a ld imho
