One dream per night plus a few fragments on the side is plenty good dream recall. So, yes, you are at the phase where you could move on to start induction techniques. If you think you can still improve your DR, then do so. But if your anxious to score your first lucid, your dream recall is strong enough at this point.
I'm glad to hear you built up a steady dream recall before jumping into induction techniques. Some newcomers tend to be in a rush and jump straight into induction. While this isn't a bad thing and won't hurt you, it's nice to see you have the patience to develop one step before moving onto the next. (It was something I didn't have the patience to do when I was starting out.) So a pat on the back to you.
