Thumbs up My way of lucid dreaming, done thousands of times.

This method is best done in the morning, with the same setup as a wbtb technique. The special thing about this method is that YOU create the dream, meaning that it begins when you start it. One must catch themselves in the state before sleep, where their thoughts are wandering deeply. You won't actually be dreaming yet .

Because of the state of relaxation I'm in, It becomes extremely easy to see what ever I try to. To make it easier for myself, I keep it simple. I basically act like I'm trying to see something in front of me as if it's really there, even though everything is black because my eyes are closed, it won't appear right away, but if I keep trying something will appear in the center of my vision, usually I can see a bit of grass, or the corner of something, or a bit of a wall. At this point it feels like I have extreme tunnel vision. To fix this, I start looking around slowly with my eyes until I can see normally, then I can slowly start to move my body. Once I can move my body, that's it! I'm lucid dreaming. This same method can be used to maintain the dream, but it is a little different.

When the dream starts fading, sometimes you can't stop everything from going completely black. So what I do is hold my hand up in front of my face and start waving it around infront of me. So when it fades out completely, for a good few seconds I can feel it, but I can't see it. If I keep struggling to see my hand, eventually I will, because I can feel it and I create the sensation that I will no doubt see it infront of me any second now, however I will have to take it a bit slow as to not wake myself up. So I repeat the process of looking around until I can see normally again, then I move my body again.

      Easy peasy.

It sounds good, but how should one catch themselves in such a state of wander?

It's just waiting and watching really. You just learn the difference so you'll know it when you feel it. It's the same as learning the difference in two different sounds. Like the difference between the birds chirping and the text notification sound on your phone, one you can easily forget about and the other makes you go check. It's like brain filter thing. You just learn to know what your waiting for so you can just relax and tune everything else out.

That's kind of how I used to wild, I found it easier to just skip the "don't move" part and just catch myself in a daydream just before falling asleep. Dunno why I haven't been doing it lately lol, I'll be giving it a tey tonight

That's similar to what I do, though I don't visualise a scene I just wait for one to come.
When it's there I'll also move body parts until I snap into my body and become fully in.

I can tell when I've fallen asleep but haven't hit a REM period yet as even though I feel as though I'm still awake, something just feels different and I know I'm asleep but still conscious, so I know what state you're talking about and what you mean by you can just feel it.

I've never tried waving my hand in front of my face though once the Dream fades out though so I'll give that a try.

If you only have the skills to do so you can experience anything you can imagine as real.
