      Any suggestions?

I work nights from 10pm till 8am.When i get home and im on shift the next night i sleep from 8:30am to 1pm then again from 6pm till 9pm.My afternoon sleep is when i have my lucid dreams all the time.2 days ago i had a lucid dream and yesterday i have a regular dream.Im assuming if i have a regular dream its because im in too much of a deep sleep which leaves my awareness and thoughts quiet vunerable.and ofcourse when im lucid its because my body doesnt need sleep so im in a light sleep which im guessing is going to increase my chances of biebg lucid.Im thinking of maybe taking a suppliment for my afternoon naps but nothing too mad.I was thinking maybe vitamn B6 which reduces tiredness? Ene suggestions? Thanks

      Hey there,

Your assumption seems pretty viable. For me too it tends to be easier to lucid dream during lighter sleep. That said, I've found that lucid dreaming isn't complete predictable. There's always going to erratic moments where you expect to lucid dream and don't, or don't expect to lucid dream at all, and then do. I wouldn't start making changes to your regular habits yet based on a one or two deviations from your normal rhytme.

Sounds like a good plan! Use the first period to get rest and just before you go back to bed again take 15-20 minutes focusing on you LD intentions. Your mindset will then carry into your dreamscape.
“One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. Which road do I take? she asked. Where do you want to go? was his response. I don't know, Alice answered. Then, said the cat, it doesn't matter.
