Voice reminder - do they not exist??

Hi, so im want a way of recording a message and having it autoplay after a set amount of time and then to automatically repeat itself. This is so i can set it to begin after a wbtb and to play 'you are dreaming, do a reality check' every 20 mins. I have spent hours searching for an app or website or anything to use with my iphone and nothing exists!!!! very surprised.

All of the voice reminder apps are not autoplay and theres just nothing around

Does anyone know of an app / website where i can simply get ny voice recording to play intermittently so that i can use it as an audio cue during rem to get lucid?

      Thanks guys
      Ezzo

simplest way would be to record a mp3 with Audacity (or another audio software) and either make it very long or set it on loop with your favourite mp3 player app.
Or try one of the many LD apps with that feature (like the old but good and opensource Lucid Dreaming App - Detects dreams, plays audio. app).

Well why not record your voice saying it, then set it as your phone alarm sound. You can then create an alarm that repeats whenever you want with your voice recording. Pretty much all phones have the feature to set alarms
      Happy dreaming!

found perfect solution - iphone app called Dreamz - detects REM sleep via movement and sets off audio alarm
