Ok so I tried about half of all the possible ways to lucid dream but I think I have a sollution
I will be using a program called the Online stop watch, You can set it to any time and when it goes off A little sound will play, every 15-60 minutes once the sound plays I will get up and do a few reality checks before going back to bed. I will repeat this method about three times or as soon as I drift off, I will come back to tell you of my progress!
