Thread: Need help with FILD

Sounds like you're doing it right to me. Do you have any doubt in your self while doing it? That could be a reason or you can always try change when you do your WBTB.

And try not to think about it while doing it because whenever I try FILD, I never concentrate on the technique I'm doing. I just imagine myself to be in a dream and that's how it usually works for me.

Just keep trying and don't give up

Hmmmm, this could be part of the reason. Because I have never had a LD I am not really sure what to expect, and I'm getting excited when I feel like I'm getting closer.
Also everytime I try pretty hard imagining a dream but maybe this just keeps me awake and I should try to think about nothing? Just focus on breathing?
