Hey guys!
I was reading up some more about the FILD technique, and they were saying that it's easiest if you can wake up without an alarm so that you don't move, you simply wake up and go straight back to sleep while applying the technique. The problem that I run into is that I can't wake up without my alarm and auto-suggestion doesn't seem to work for me. also, drinking water before going to bed won't do much for me because I'll just have to get up and take a piss. I'd greatly appreciate any sort of suggestions.
