I find the best thing for prospective memory is contests, with long lists of goals.

When you are in a contest reading what other people have done: accomplished goal 12 goal 20 whatever your more likely to remember them in a dream yourself, everyday being really intent on remembering on becoming lucid.

I find in the contests I am much less likely to go all rouge-lucid on a (target) brunette of opportunity, and more likely to stick with the script
