      About prospective memory

So I'm currently exercising my prospective memory. If you've read EWOLD you should know the exercise suggested there i.e. for about a week (or more) each day you pick up 4 events on the next occurence of which you do a RC. When I did this I thought it was good BUT when I watched the advanced lucidipedia series the guy in them (Tim I think) presented an exercise in which you set your phone or whatever you have to ring after say 5 minutes. I think that's superior to LaBerge's exercise cause for say 5 minutes almost each minute you have the feeling "you are supposed to do something".
Anyways please post if you have some exercises of your own or comment on the two aforementioned.
TODAY is the greatest day of all!!!

Here is a thread in Research on similar topic about doing RCs every 5 minutes. I am currently testing it to verify if this tech able to make lucid often enough. I do not use alarm though.

I don't think you actually get the point of the exercise.
      The exercise is as follows:
      1. Set your alarm clock some time from now. Could be 5 minutes, half an hour, two hours, maybe even three.
      2. You move on, minding your business.
      3. Now the trick is to shut down the alarm just before it goes off.
Doing this will improve your prospective memory.

      Here's the vid anyway:
