I stopped practising lucid dreaming for about 2 months and the past week iv started it back up again. Iv done alot of awareness exercises throughout the past week and iv gotten quiet good at it.
Today i had 2 dream both in which i should of easily have become lucid. One where i could breath under water and one where i was at my moms old house. I have figured that maybe i need to do quiet alot of reality checking aswel as ADA. My goal is... Tonight im at work from 10 till 8.... If my alarm goes off every half hour or hour and i reality check and do this aswel as ADA and ofcourse DJing then after a week or so my body will have gotten used to it as a habit which will then ofcourse continue into my dreams? Thats my idea eneways and suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated 😄
