I have been using an alarm that hightens up the sound gradually for a smoother wake up.I count downwards from 100 to 1 as i fall asleep an use the mantra "i wake up after each dream and remember it" after each number.When i drink water i normally wake up 2-3 hours latet so i dont have dreams during that time...maybe its because i drink a lot of water throughout the day...Last time this happened i drank 2 glasses of water..i can drink less i guess.It is very hard to wake up naturally for the day though cause i am at the university at the moment and i have to attain classes early in the morning.So i have to make sure i wakd up. |
