Autosuggestion is an efficient and easy method - just repeat "I will remember my dreams" to yourself while going to sleep.

I'd say do the 6 hour WBTB/WILD method....seems easiest for me so far.

The problem is a dream recall dry spell, not a lucid dream dry spell.

Go through a list of names/places/things in your head, wake up every 90 or so minutes, take B6 vitamins, get 8 hours of sleep. :/

Lets forget about the mentioned techniques for a while. Thats not what you need. As from what i readed. It seems, that you know, how to recall them, but you actually dont want to do it. It seems like motivation block or something. Well. Return to the basics. Why did you want to remember dreams at first. Why dont you wanna remember them now? Are you simply lazy, or is there some background, which makes you subcounsciously not want to remember them.

Nobody here can help you except for yourself. We may only give advice. But for you... The quest is to find the real reason, why you want to remember them. Find, what you want to use your written dreams for. .... ANd... Enjoy what you already wrote.

Along with autosuggestion, read some of your best dream journal entries to yourself. As you read, really remember how they were and keep the scene in your mind's eye. (If you can't get a scene from reading a past entry, chances are you aren't descriptive enough.)

You are right. Maybe thats the answer I wanted to give myself according to my own recall problems.

Btw. Good luck with improving of your recall.
