      Recall your lucids efficiently

      Hey guys , i just wanna share with you an efficient technique that i've developped to recall all the details of my last lucids . It's all about chosing a specific moments while lucid dreaming to sum up and memorize all the details of your lucid . For me ,i always do it while flying to another location .
