2 weeks of having a Dream Journal REPORT

Hello, everybody! So, this is my first post here, and I have religiously kept a Dream Journal for two weeks now. Here are my results:
      1. 27 dreams, or 12 on week 1 and 15 on week
      2. 3 lucid dreams, with the last one being a successful stabilization, where I clutched tightly into the walls and floor.
      3. Reality check: counting fingers.
      4. Two days of no recall.
Based on these results, does this surprise you? Am I making progress? Any tips? I haven't intentionally done WB2B, but meditated on a few nights. Thanks!

It looks like you are doing very fine to me.3 lucids in 2 weeks if you are a beginner is a great acomplishment.I am still trying to induce my second.I have been practising for 4 months and still nothing.I didn't recall my first one so well.Furthermore i wasn't sure if it was lucid or pre-lucid.What techniques are you usinng for recall?I have to ask because my recall sucks atm.

Thanks for responding! Actually, I've had 20 lucids in the oast, but have reset after so long. Personally, looking at my hand in a Dream gives me a visual foothold to know I am dreaming. Although, the nose plug and Palm push are the most effective, for sure. My dream recall has finally improved, and I average 1-3 dreams per night. Doing NoFap seems to really help, too, if you're a male.... Good luck.

It looks like you're making great progress! If you get really motivated to keep moving forward, definitely look into the great tutorials on the site, and consider supplementing your practice with one that clicks for you/works with your lifestyle. Even sign up for one of the courses in the DV Academy.
WBTB will definitely increase your chances of getting an LD- at least in my own experience as well as LaBerge's research.
