      not sure if I'm making progress or not

      I've been trying to LD for about 2 weeks now and about the days ago, I have dreamt about lucid dreaming, and then just yesterday, I remember my dreamself (not sure if that's a word) thinking of doing a reality check, and I was instantly in another dream. It's this a sign that I'm making progress or a sign of the opposite?

      Yes - I would say you're hitting a stage where your daytime habits & thought processes are becoming engrainined in your subconscious and carrying over into your dreams. This is offers strong potential to become lucid, along with high self-awareness etc.
