      That sounds like REM rebound. I have tried to WILD after 30 hours of non-sleep, but I don't remember having much in the way of success with that.
      You say you're never tired enough no matter how long you sleep for? Let's say you wake up at the beginning of the 3rd REM period, roughly 4.5 hours after you fall asleep. How long does it take you to fall asleep normally at that position?

      If i just sleep and donīt try any WILD technique, maybe 20 minutes.
