That sounds like REM rebound. I have tried to WILD after 30 hours of non-sleep, but I don't remember having much in the way of success with that. |

I am never tired enough when trying a WILD, no matter how many hours i sleep for. So i had this idea. If i donīt go to bed at all and attept a WILD around 4:30 or 06:00 i might fall asleep faster and maybe go into REM sleep instantly. I tried something similar a year ago by accident and it worked. Have anyone here tried something like this? |

I think you might have problems trying to WILD without first sleeping for a few hours, because the mind will not be inclined to enter REM, but deep phase sleep. |

"Parable.- Those thinkers in whom all stars move in cyclic orbits are not the most profound: whoever looks into himself as into vast space and carries galaxies in himself also knows how irregular all galaxies are; they lead into the chaos and labyrinth of existence."- Friedrich Nietzsche, the gay science, First published in 1882 revised in 1887, translated by Walter Kaufmann [/SIGPIC]
I think your mind's activity level is your problem. If you find a way to think about nothing but your surroundings on a routine basis, you'll sleep faster. |
