I have always struggled with remembering to do reality checks. It's how most of my LDs are induced, though. I decided to try the method where you write an "X" on your hand, and every time you notice that X you do a reality check. I have heard that it works for a lot of people. My question is, what kind of pen do you use? I doubt that writing a little on your hand will make much of a difference, but better safe than sorry, right? Thanks.
