Anyway, lately I've been having 2-3 dreams a night.

Anyway, sand_worm, what did the tower look like? Was it black? I dreamed of a black tower a few weeks ago, but I didn't go inside.

I usually have 2-3 per night, except on weekends when I lie in and have a few more. But recently I've had no recall at all . I've been waking up early to do HIT as well. . I'm going to try HILD instead now and see if that works, wish me luck.
HILD works good for me I think. Lately I have some more allmost-lucid or slightly lucid dreams. And I think my DR is a bt better aswell.

      And yeah... weekends rock

My dream recall is beginning to increase pretty quick now, for my polyphasic naps.
If I can end up remembering the dream from every nap, then I'd have at least 6 dreams a day.
So far it's around one or two.

Sorry about the wait, I was having trouble posting.
The tower was very tall, and its top was sort of folded over, like a sharp eave, which obscured the only entrance. I remember flying around and around it looking for a way in until i finally found it underneath this cap which hung way down to prevent anyone that couldn't fly from getting inside. Because of its unique construction, it seemed quite obvious that this place had been created for lucid dreamers, because if you couldn't fly inside, there was no way to get in. So far, aside from myself, two others have mentioned seeing this tower in a dream, one lucid, one not.

      Have you?

If not, are there any other common places that you have dreamt of that perhaps other people have mentioned or seen? This topic is really important to me, it's the focus of as much of my lucidity as I can put into it.

I'd say 8-14 a week. Though of course it can be different. depending on the circumstances, such as stress or time to write my journal

I remember past dreams when I'm in a dream. Odd.

I usually recall 3 dreams per night though on occasions 4! That really surprised me when I was filling in my DJ as I wouldn't have thought it possible. However, not all of them are particularly clear. Just occasionally I can only recall 2 but this is almost as rare as having 4, so I suppose it averages out at three per night.

I found that if I am very tired I may only have one. long dream; preseumeably because my sleep is not interrupted.
