What works best for me is an occasional combination of candied ginger, B vitamin complex, and a bit of mugwart mixed with a vanilla wax tart that I melt with my candle warmer while I sleep. |

alright, i know about all the statements about "not using herbs or vitamins" to achieve lucidity, and am not promoting anything. i just want to get a feel for what gives people the best results. |

Oh, another thing, I seem to have more lucid dreams when I go to bed completely exhausted and sleep on my back rather than on my side like I prefer. |

When i found out we had vitamins (b6 especially) at my house I was estatic (to my parents they just thought "Oh he wants to be healthy " lol). |

Lucid dreaming is such a tauntingly simple thing to attain...
As is universally accepted, B vitamins seem to work well. I am still having a great deal of trouble becoming lucid in my dreams, but my dream recall rate has increased dramatically since I started taking them. Additionally, I have discovered that fish oil seems to have some very positive effects. I'm not sure, but I believe it has to do with the Omega-3 fatty acids, commonly associated with enhanced brain development in infants. As fish has long been considered a "brain food," I can only assume that it is beneficial for all neuro-processes, including dreaming. |

Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.
Cod liver activates metabolism which could affect dreams. Or it just upsets your stomach cause of the flavor. I'll have to try once or twice. |
