I've kept a dream journal for about 2 months, writing down my dreams in adequate detail. I go to sleep telling myself I will experience a lucid dream. I've identified a dream sign yet I cannot seem to get lucid. I don't know what I can do to snap into consciousness during the dream. I just observe the dream but I cannot like get my mind to consciously get into the dream. How can I force myself to think during the dream? Of course patience is necessary, but am I missing something? Can I do something else to expedite the process?
