I've read and printed a few tutorials. for the past couple weeks i've been setting my alarm clock for 90 minute intervals. usually i just turm my alarm clock off and fall asleep again before i can even begin to think about recalling my dreams. so far i've only had a few images from my dreams. so far bad recall and zero lucidity. |

Don't pressure yourself, y'know? Relax, and tell yourself that you have nothing to lose. At this point, i don't think it would be very helpful to set your alarm each 90 minutes. I suggest you start by doing Reality Checks, and condition yourself to question reality. |

thanks guys i will take these into consideration. I've started meditating at night as well. it seems to calm me down. i can remember images sometimes. |

the pointlessnes of hate is obvious, yet its a key emotion of our speices. whats that say about us?
Don't interrupt your early nights sleeping, but wait until after the fifth hour and then set the alarm for 30 minute intervals. |

Do you happen to smoke any weed? I found that recent or regular smoking caused a complete blackout in dreams from night to night, or just horrible recall in general. |

yeah i have been smoking the odd joint lately. i think i can give up a boring high for exciting dreaming anytime. i guess it goes the same for beer???? |
