How do I get back in the groove.

I know how to have a lucid dream and I do RCs daily, but for some reason I been having no luck with it. I haven't have time to do wilds since I been doing a lot and need the sleep,

should I change the way I do RCs or try something new.

Maybe trying something new would do you good. Sometimes you get into a rut, and until you change something, you'll probably stay there. Try different RCs, or different induction techniques. Give your routine a kick in the pants and change it up a little.

Go to sleep a little earlier and try a WBTB. Read some forums, get excited, and lucid dream!!!

Perhaps you simply aren't getting enough sleep at night?

Also, work on improving your dream recall. That is VERY important. Keep up with your Dream Journal, and keep an eye out for those dream signs.
