Sythix, I tried this technique for the first time yesterday, about to try again now. Its really good at relaxing you..Just one question, I got to the point of vibrations like you said, but getting the vibrations kinda gets my mind alert (cause I think 'ok vibrations coming soon sleep and then a lucid!'
and then I have to go back to the reverse blinking to relax all over again. Do you have any suggestions for this? I ended up drifting off and didnt have a lucid.. but this technique is really promising thanks
