Yeah, for example I'm trying DILD because my mind has to drift to go to sleep and I don't think techniques where you have to do something while falling asleep would work. Someone might try self suggestion if they think they have a good amount of will power. You could try HIT if you experience a lot of HI. Just read the tutorials on all of them and pick the one that sounds easiest to you personally. If there's a problem with it, move on to another technique for now, if you want to try again later, do so. It's all up to you.
