I would use self-suggestion and frequent good RCs (you have to explain to yourself why you're not dreaming, don't just look at your fingers absently or you might not realize you have 8 fingers (this hasn't happened to me though)). I combine the two, and everytime I RC i tell myself that next time I dream I will get Lucid. It has worked pretty well, producing 1-2 LDs per week since I started, though my recall sucks ass, so I only even remembered I had the one a few days later when I was reading a thread related to what I did (controll lights). Sadly, none of them have gone higher than high low-level, but with every LD it improves. |
