My idea is based on the MILD technique but instead of repeating the affirmation " When i am next dreaming, I will become aware that i am dreaming" Record you voice saying this affirmation then play it back to yourself while attempting to Lucid Dream.

The advantages to this are when repeating it to yourself in your head most ppl get bored or distracted while in the process, but using this method you can focus on your breathing more without having the confusion of doing both.

I have tested this method and the first time i tried i had a higher sense of concentration and was able to lucid dream quite easily due to the relaxing feeling of my own affirmations being said without me having to say them.
