      Heya guys

      I have read through several LD techniques in the tutorial section of DV and I am leaning towards HILD or WILD. I have attempted HILD however I have a problem, I can not enter a deep enough trance, in fact, I'm not sure I enter a trance at all, I have read about induction techniques but I try to relax and focus on my breathing but I still can't enter that medative state. Could you please post advice or medative techniques?

      Great thanks

      The practice of meditation can take as much conviction as lucid dreaming techniques.
      A quite mind does not come naturally. You have to train it. It wants to interrupt a tranquil state with a thought.

      What you can try to do as acknowledge the thought but don't think of it as any more than just ...(thought) Don't react to it or think about it. Just acknowledge the thought.
      Your mind like thought. Once you maintain a level of mundane thought processes your mind begins to give in and this is where the meditative state can be recognized.

      For myself I have to not be TOO tired, but also I can't be TOO awake. Much like the WILD tech. or the HIT tech. A happy medium and balance.

      Good point. Found ---> HERE

      I have to say that IMO that it may not be necessary for you to go through all the 61 points. Determine this in response to your success rate.

      Now here is Nowhere

      I woke up this morning and got into bed. Went up to the roof and swam down the chimney to the mall. They had a special on meat so I poured some into a glass and watered the milkman. Then I drew myself home and found the fish had ate the cat the cat had ate the dog and the dog had been eaten by the mailman. Then I got out of bed and went back to sleep.
