It's a rebound effect and is pretty effective. I've never had instant luck by getting WASTED -- maybe because my idea of wasted is waking up drunk -- but the next night's sleep is beginning to end vividness because, like you said, your body need to catch up on the rem. When I have three or four pints, drive home, then go to bed I can get the rebound effect that night and it is pretty remarkable. |
