I can assure you that practice makes perfect and where there is a will there is a way....For some, playing the guitar is natural, for others they have to learn it (just like LDing)...this means that once you learn it (achieve it - the first one) - the next ones will come more natural - as long as you continue and learn and become more lucid in waking life....
Watch the movie Vanilla Sky - it's like watching a LD! - even if you don't like Tom Cruise (see my quote)
Click on my posts, I have tons of posts and ideas,
The most important thing I have found is to not become 'passively lucid' meaning that you don't even let your lucidity turn into a habit (it doesnt' work and you have lucid dreams without any awareness) What I mean is: DO NOT let your RCs turn into a habit of saying 'ok, I am awake..' for example, you have done 5-10 RCs in a row after seeing a Dream Sign in real life...but It might and will become a habit if you do not go farther. What i mean is become AWARE OF YOUR AWARENESS. You passively say 'yes, I am awake' - for each RC give yourself at least 3 SPECIFIC reasons why you are awake and not sleeping for EACH RC...
don't fall into this 'trap' for lucid dreamers...maybe this is why you can't get any farther...If you are still confused by 'passive lucidity' or being 'aware of you awareness' - PLEASE SEND ME A PM :!:
