Thread: Woot! Attained Lucidity.

sweet dude. forget about spinning lots of people say it doesnt work. I usually shout increase lucidity or somthing like. When you first become lucid get down on your knees and look at your hands for like 30 sec. that helps stabilize your dreams. Which technique did you use?

I used the BPILD crossed with MILD and WILD tutorial, on this forum.

Spinning has only worked once for me, maybe half worked i used it to teleport to particullar room but ended up outside the building. As for increasing lucidy also never worked try looking at your hand rub them together and look at them again
