i try that sometimes... it's not always a bad thing though... it's helped me be a better musician actually (i'm a musician... duh).

anyway, i really like the idea about picturing your breathing as a graph. i keep getting fed up with WILD's because i'm 0 for god knows how many... but i'm going to keep trying because... well, because DILD'ing is like a crapshoot it seems. anyway, thanks for the tip.

i think my problem (and i'm trying not to stray off topic here) is being able to fall asleep again after WBTB. it always takes forever, so i'm still "playing" with how long i should stay awake before going back to bed.
