So I was trying to wild after just awakening from a lucid dream, I layed there on my stumach after a few minutes of focusing on my breathing I tried to hear the fan in my room, but all I could hear was music playing, it was akon singing a song I had never heard, it wasn't a bad song, I tried to will myself to someplace outside I felt I could only be there for like acouple secounds my vision was very poor but my touch was quite vivid.

If this was a wild which I believe it was it came on very quickly and I had no idea when the transition happened, it's like it sneaked right up and was there before I could even notice it.

The music you heard was HI, in audio form. When you woke from your lucid, you woke right into the HI stage, this is very lucky. Often times when I wake up from a lucid dream...I'll wake up into another consciousness. It's that state you reach during a WILD...JUST before entering a lucid dream. I often will get stuck here...in the vibrational state, watching the HI...just waiting to enter a lucid dream. Sometimes it seems to go on forever...but you have to just be patient, and sit through all of it and you'll be able to enter a lucid dream.

Usually I can do this multiple times on end without fully waking. Example...I'll have a lucid dream....come out of it...and already be in the vibrational SP stage, lay there and wait through all the HI (usually this process only takes a few seconds)...wait for the HI to materialize and put me in a lucid dream...have the dream...wake up again back into the vibrational stage...etc. I can do this for 2 hours before it becomes too exhausting to continue. I've yet to understand or figure out WHY it is so exhausting. After I spend 2 hours doing this (I call it a lucid marathon) sometimes I can barely roll out of bed I'm so tired. It's sort of strange, but it's still amazing and I love it. You can actually get to a point where you have enough control over your mind and body where you can even open your eyes while you're lucid dreaming, look around your room, and close your eyes and be back in the same lucid dream.

So honestly, I don't think you had a WILD since it doesn't really sound like you got past the HI...but you were like SO CLOSE you can taste it.

edit: And actually...I haven't had a "lucid marathon" in awhile, since I've found successful ways to remain in my LDs for longer periods of time

Yeah that sounds cool to keep going back into the lucid, I would like to learn that, actualy thats why I started to learn wild so I could keep having lucids throughout the night, usualy when I try wild and fall asleep i'll always have a lucid thats what happened this morning, and then I woke up in the HI stage and tried to get back in, well I will definitly give wild a shot on my stumach, it seems like my body falls asleep fastest this way, and it's good for waking up in HI.

Interesting. I can't really sleep on my stomach. I have noticed though that I often LD more when I'm sleeping on my right side. I have no idea why though...

That's great that you can WILD at night and go right to lucid dreaming. How long are you able to remain in your lucids, and what sort of techniques do you use to keep them from fading out or waking up. Just to compare notes.

I must be able to remain somewhat conscous well going to sleep, I really want to learn to wild with full conscousness, I think I'm going to use NLP achoring if thats what it's called.

I had very short lucids when I last used it, I kept going in and out of them like you said, I counted 4 ld's all very short, I never did stabilize though, which is when I look closly at the dream world and just focus on all my senses.
