hmmm, so should I just do more reality checks? What can I do to get myself up to a greater degree of lucidity. |

remind yourself the next time you relize your dreaming stand still and allow yourself to recognize your true reality, just tell yourself this is all a dream, make sure your 100% focused on the dream, may sound vague but it always works for me. |

right now I think using a mixture of MILD and WBTB, for the MILD part I kind of have a sort of speech I give myself before I go to bed, should I include a little about how if I happen to have the realization that I am dreaming that I should do exactly as you suggest? |

you can tell yourself to do what I suggested that will definitly help, it is hard to come out of your subconscous state if the fact that you are dreaming doesn't hit you hard enough, the fact that everything was created by you might not have got to you at that point, when you become lucid you have to carefully to draw yourself out of stupidity, and you will find you feel more like your waking self. |
