A single reality check only takes about a second, so if there's one that always works for you, just stick with that one, and it'll be easier to find time for it. Second, choose something you do a lot, in waking and dreaming, like walking through a door, and do a reality check every time you do that, no matter what. That will become a habit quickly, and will make it easier to remember to do random reality checks as well. |
