I do RCs randomly throughout the day and it's starting to happen in my dreams, so it seems like it's starting to pay off. Just two nights ago I did one randomly in my dream and after I did it I was like, "Wait, did I really just breathe through my nose?"(Nose RC) So I tried it again and sure enough I did and had a LD. I was proud.
