WILD at the begining of sleep

Hey you guys! I've been wondering if anyone tried or thought of trying a WILD at the begining of sleep. Would this be possible to achieve? Has anyone ever been able to do this?! I always read about people using WILD with WBTB or for naps so I wonder if it can be used at that time of sleep.
It would be really interesting to master this technique. Maybe we'd be able to lucid dream from the begining of sleep until the end of it with a lot of training!
This probably doesn't work cause at the begining of the night REM sleep is still short but I wanna know opinions anyway to see if there's the slightest chance it can happen.

Oh, it can happen. But be prepared to stay still for a looong time compared to when you are WILDing later on at night.

actually WILD in the beggining of sleep is completely possible and many people do it

what happens is that it is easier t odo it using WBTB or in afternoon naps, so people choose these when they are still getting used to WILD

any question,s feel free to ask

So can you like... LD during all your dreams if you master the WILD technique?!

Another question is... Do you get dreams (even if they may be less vivid) right when you fall asleep at night?

What a coincedence, I did this exact thing last night! It was unsuccessful but atleast now I know that if I work at it, the skill will be claimed. It took me about thirty minutes to feel the vibrations and REM. I just imagined myself in a situatio which I had to use all my senses. I ate an apple, I pet a furry dog, I smelled beautiful flowers, and I watched and listened to an overhead battle of ships firing their guns at each other. Anyone tell me what to do after I hit vibrations and REM?

What do you mean you felt REM? REM only comes at the end of the sleep cycle...

Hmm if you got into the state where your body was sleeping but your mind was not (but at the beginning of the night), would your body still get the full amount of rest? And would it be possible to be awake in your mind the whole night through? Has someone tried this?
