yeah, I was scared about not being able to go back to sleep. I think that it depends on your own type of sleeping patterns. I know friends who wake up at 6am everyday without an alarm. Yet I can sleep for 12 hours or more if I just don't get out of bed. However, just this morning, I got out of bed for about 15 minutes, did some reading on this forum, then went back to bed. I didn't do a great job at trying to combine the WBTB with something like MILD but I did have some very vivid dreams which I woke up from. And this was after sleeping for about 10 or more hours... hope this helps. |
