      Wbtb

Well I want to try a WBTB but theres one thing Im afaird of...It says to stay awake for 30-60 minutes (or 60-90, 60-XX). But Im afaird that if I wake up and get out of bed that I will just stay awake. I might try it tonight. Does going to bed around 10/11:00 then waking up at around 5 in the morning sound good? Because then I can stay up for 30-60 minutes until 6:00 then sleep for another hour then get ready for school. I would like a reply ASAP please.

yeah, I was scared about not being able to go back to sleep. I think that it depends on your own type of sleeping patterns. I know friends who wake up at 6am everyday without an alarm. Yet I can sleep for 12 hours or more if I just don't get out of bed. However, just this morning, I got out of bed for about 15 minutes, did some reading on this forum, then went back to bed. I didn't do a great job at trying to combine the WBTB with something like MILD but I did have some very vivid dreams which I woke up from. And this was after sleeping for about 10 or more hours... hope this helps.
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? -- Morpheus

My advice is NOT to stay awake that long. I found myself not able to sleep and I usually don't have probalms with that. 30 minutes is enough IMO.

Anyway, it all depend on mood and situation. Once after somebody's advice I stayed awake only for 5 minutes and I also had lucid dream. Sometimes I'm awake 30 or more minutes and nothing...
