      Halp.

So I just asked ExoByte about this and he suggested that I post here asking for advice.

Basically, the other night I was listening to an Induction .mp3, and I was getting really relaxed. Every so often, I'd feel this "wave of energy" that would start from my head and quickly go down to my feet, and this happened 3-4 times. I was expecting to enter SP each time this happened, but it would only make me more "awake" and aware of things around me.

I'm asking for advice as to what was happening. I've been trying to WILD now for a while, maybe 6 months or so, and have been stuck on getting into SP.

      Thanks!

most of the time the vibrations to get to SP are WAY stronger than a "wave of energy" I almost always expeirece a vertigo rollercoster ride lol. It seems to me that you have trouble getting into sp because you are too tired. I suggest turning off the mp3 when trying to WILD, and maybe doing a shorter wbtb.

good luck! hope you get a WILD soon!
