      How long do WILDs take?

It's so frustrating! I keep trying WILDs but after about 2 hours of lying there I just give up because it feels hopeless. How long does it take you?

Well it can take anywhere from an hour to 15 secounds, it really depends on how skilled you are and what type of wild you do, don't just lay there, visualise a dream, practice visualization, and stabalise it, there are other ways, but I think this is the best.

Most people can't do wild in the day or at night, you'll have to wait till morning, inless you learn to trance yourself into a lucid dream out of REM, with visualization which takes practice.

Try WILDing earlier in the morning (3:00 AM). This will help your body stay asleep.

It takes practice. I've been trying for weeks, with only two (short) WILDs to my name!

I attempt my WILDs around 3:30 am (WBTB) and it usually takes me (if I'm successful) anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes (any longer than that and I figure it's just not gonna happen and simply go to sleep).

it can take a lot of time if you don't do WBTB

but the secret is to not move AT ALL

not even swallowing nor forcing your eyelids

one single movement could snap you out of the whole process

remember to stay completely motionless until you enter SP... objective and motivation don't seem to be a problem for you (2h still is l-o-n-g)....

during SP you will feel like giving up, but don't trust yourself in this stage.. it is all a trick by your body to try to get your mind to sleep

good luck with that... any qustion, feel free to PM me

oh and I'd like to add, if you feel the erge to turn over, thats you bodys way of testing if your still awake, so don't turn over, you don't really need too.
