I first had the same problem too. The best method to overcome this obstacle for me was to [U]intensively[U] concentrate on your breathing. Even when your heart feels like bursting, just concentrate on your breathing. You will overcome this one way or another. |

I have only managed to get into SP as well, but it's not even full SP, because I can move if I try. But my body turns completely numb and it feels really relaxing. (The first time it freaked me out though, even though I knew what it was.) |

Last Night, I finally made some progress on having an LD for the 1st time after 2/3 months of nightly attempts. I used "The Five Phases of WILD Tutorial" minus WBTB but using the Breating Relaxation technique. In 1-1.5 hours, I became only partially paralyzed. My arms and half of my jaw muscles were finished but my legs and other stuff were still almost fully movable. Can someone please help me? (I also think I'll try FILD tonight. Wish me luck!) |
