Watch TV to increase Lucidity - No Joke!

Your brain actually functions/works more when it is asleep than when you are watching the 'boob tube' (television)!! This is the perfect time to practice lucidity! It's harder than it looks, but try to remember the last comericals you just watched, or what program you were even watching, most people won't remember, especially if it's a program you don't normally watch. Because your consciousness is less than it is asleep, try to keep yourself from 'zoning out' - what ever this means for you - 'wake' yourself up! (also at movies or other times when you tend to daydream or zone out - maybe during that boring class when it's so tempting! This will help with LDS

If this doesn't make sense, ask me a question, or just
"What if I were to tell u that you can take control...of all of this? Look at all these people. Seems as though they're just all chatting away? Nothing to do with u. And yet., maybe they're only here because u wanted them to. U are their god. U can make them obey u or even destroy u."

If I bothered to watch television I'd give this a try. Has it worked for you? What's your success rate?

      just like the other techniques

With the intention of staying conscious (like many techniques that make you keep your attention, such as while you fall asleep) this should help even more because you try to keep your attention on something that makes you 'zone out' - which most people do while sleeping/dreaming! Which should help you 'come out' of it and realize also when you are doing it in a dream - you become aware that you are either 'zoning out' while watching TV or 'sleepwalking' through your dreams and this transfers the skill into your dreams -- it's just like the reality checks and other techniques here, it becomes part of your dreams when you do it while awake.

Wouldn't this be dream control? It's not like you are asking yourself "Am I watching TV?" Of course you are. You are trying to stay focused while watching it. (Like a dream.)

there are so many other great ways to enter a dream, I dont see why you should encourage people to do something as mind numbing and spirit crushing as tv.
