Ok let's stop disparaging this mp3 thing, I don't think it's completely worthless. I think we're trying to use it the wrong way. I found that listening to it for about 13 min. (screw 1 hr. plus of noises man!) and watching a visualizer was very effective in calming my mind. I took a nap after this in which i did not fall asleep, and the thoughts moving about my mind seemed slower than usual and it was easier for me to be aware of them.

My theory is that this thing puts you in a state of consciousness different from your typical waking state, and with different brain waves assuming that it works the way it's intended. Because people will react differently to this, especially when they are trying to use it to achieve an LD, this might explain why Born_2_Kill benefitted from it while others didn't. Because we all have varying "everyday minds" you have to understand that learning how to lucid dream is an extremely personal experience.

Those who didn't benefit might try doing what I did about an hour before going to bed to clear your mind -- bringing stress into sleep is why so many dreams are messy and forgotten. I think this would be good for people unfamiliar with meditation.

HERE'S THE QUESTION WE SHOULD BE ASKING: this file is called "astral producer" not "lucid dream producer" right? How can something that alters brain waves and is not intended for LDing be applied in this way. I'm sure some of you know A LOT more than I do about this binaural brain waves stuff or whatever it is so can we get some input regarding that?

I'll have to wait for the weekend but it's worth a try. 1 hour and 17 minutes is a bit long. would it work without listening to the ful track?

My point is that the guy is wasting our time (it's hour-and-half long mp3!) by posting low quality mp3 that don't have the frequencies that should have. So the mp3 can't make a s**t. Get it?? That's the problem... we made 3 pages of post about NOTHING, because he posted file that can work only as a placebo.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy when somebody create new technique that works. But listening to hi quality wav and say it works and then post crap mp3 is kinda stupid if you ask me. Hell yea I want wav!

Well I listened to the new one for like 15 minutes during the day (Not really trying yet, just messing with it.) And I had improved recall.

eiree... made me feel wierd listening to it, like it was going to unlock something in me and make me start seeing dead people or somthing. No effect, maybe with the better conversion...

well, I could deffinately hear the difference between the first and second one. It does have that unlocking feeling to it. Hmm.
