Really? Do you need 4 hours of sleep first? Or can I just get up, and go back to bed and become lucid asap without any previous sleep? I am asking because your REM is longer the longer you sleep

The Astral producer can be used both ways. It has a frequency which allows you to become lucid and than use a obee technique to astral travel.

You said it is in the 90 % success rate. How much times have you tried and how much has it worked in those times.

If I wanted to do it right before I go to sleep for the night it will most likely work if i do the stuff correctly? Does it keep its effect for the whole night sleep? thanks, im just curious

It wont Affect your sleep. I preffer to use this technique 2 times a week, at this rate you enjoy sleeping and LD's.

^^ yes for 7 days i was able to get LD's thats why im very positive of this technique.

sounds good. how many people have tested it? I have a question though, whenever I do WBTB or even when I'm just getting to bed it takes me forever to fall asleep. It usually takes a half-hour to an hour. Do you think it would still work or would I need to fall asleep faster for it to be able to work?

so just listen to it, then go do something, then go to bed and once you've fallen asleep you'll know it when you're dreaming.

it says on your bio that you lucid dream naturally and you have done it for a long time, so what makes you think it's the mp3?

Naturally im able to LD 2-3 times a week, but not 7 times in arrow.
Thats how i know that its the preset, which enables me to LD more.

born 2 kill u need to explain a little bit more , first u relax, listen to music, get up and do somthing to wake ur body, then just fall asleep?.

when u listen to the music for 1:17 min , do u use a LD technique at the same time or just focus on the sounds?


1. do u just fall asleep normally like you would naturally?
2. do u fall to sleep using a LD technique?
3. do u fall alseep listening to the music?

What's with everyone posting LD techniques and claiming that they work a specific percentage of the time? Did you actually test this out to get a percentage? On more than one person? controls and variables? I'm not trying to be a smartass, I really just want to know if this really works, before i waste more time on another method that doesn't really work half as well as the thread starter claims. Least for me.

i gues it could be that they came up with there PERSONAL method which works for them and just decided to post it , maybe it might help others maybe not

sorry for not mentioning that, i was leaving before i was posting it so here are the details :

1.When listening to the preset try not to concentrate on the sounds, just relax and let the sound play.
2. You cant fall asleep with the preset. You will wonder in though's without knowing that you are sleeping.
3. Keep the sound level on medium. Just try to ignore the preset while playing it. It does its job without you knowing it.

I posted this technique for those who are unable to LD. Im trying to help.
As long as we share our techniques that work on us, we will successfully LD.

And the 99% means that theres a big chance of LD. Believe it or not, im sharing what i can.

I believe you are sharing what you can, and it's a good thing. No technique thus far has worked with me, many of which said "95% chance of success" or whatever like this one. That's the only reason I got picky. Nonetheless, I have the preset downloading. This should be interesting, as I often work with binaural technology to induce different mental states. I'll let you know how this goes tomorrow.

edit: Haha, I misunderstood, I thought that track was 1 minutes and 17 seconds, but 1 hour and 17 minute. I'm still going to try this, but not today.

RS should provide you with top-speed, so if you can't get it in one run through it, there ain't really any other way. Born 2 Kill could use the file-splitter application though.

Okay so im testing this tonight will post results in morning.
I have high hopes for this method, and am listening to it as we speak, okay maybe i should be lieing down but whatever, if it fails ill try it while lieing down.
