Does sleep Deprivation help you conquer any sort of WILD or VILD?
>I mean Since you get so sleepy when you have lack of sleep and all. Why not go with that? So what do you guys think?
Could it be a Key to WILD or VILD easier especially since you tend to fall asleep faster and less effort to remain awake for so long just waiting for the vibrations and feeling body shift ect..,
I figured Since your body is so sleepy, it'll just tend to turnoff(Sleep) every time you Deprive and close your eyes for a few sec.
SO I really need some opinions on this. If this method does Work, everyone can get a firsthand try: So guys lets try and make this understandable for others too.
