Very interresting. I know that Self-hypnosis is a powerfull tool that simply opens up the door and removes the barricades on the way to lucid dreams.

In my Topic in Lucid Aids I'm trying to gather as much helpfull, practical information on Self-hypnosis/Auto-suggestion as possible to eventually build an effective, practical Self-Hypnosis Tutorial. Care to help?

Post what you did in a practical, step by step-way in my Topic and it will be of great help.

Yes - happy to help. Last night I just thought I'd give it a shot, and I ought to work at it a bit more before doing a step by step guide. As you'll see from my post I made several mistakes - which is easy to do. But I'll get back to your Topic when I've a little more experience of using self-hypnosis for lucid dreaming if that's OK - it's not a subject I've had previous experience of working with.
