      Hey i know this is a common question but i know its a quick answer on your part.


      When do i take b6 after i go to bed. 3 hours, 5, 6 ,

      From what I've heard people go from 3 hours to 5 hours, it's just kind of personal preference I guess. Mess around with it.

      I think it also depends on how much sleep you get.

      I'm experimenting with b6 these days, look for my thread. b6 usually kicks in 5-6 hours after taking it for me, using LDs to measure. YMMV

      -> Have MILDs at will
      -> Ask my subconcsious mind something deep (i.e. the meaning of life)
      -> Have a fight controlling bullet-time

      I take it when i wake in the middle of the night which is normally about 3 and a half hours after sleep. It stays in your system for 8 hours so it woudn't matter if you took it hust before sleep.

      I usually take it at about 2 pm... Is it better to take it closer to when you're going to sleep?
